Years of Work Experience

Founded in 2009, Kokoo Pa Farmers Association (formerly AHANSUCOFA) was formed by cocoa farmers in the Ashanti Region following sustainable cocoa farming training by Solidaridad West Africa. The association promotes environmentally sustainable, socially responsible, and economically viable cocoa production.

Our Growth

Kokoo Pa is a legally registered farmer organization with over 8,600 members across seven districts in the Ashanti, Brong, Ahafo, and Western regions. About 85% of members are UTZ certified, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality and sustainability.

Our Impact

The association supports farmers with improved planting materials to enhance food security and income. Gender empowerment is central to its work, with women farmers receiving training in leadership, nutrition, and sustainable farming practices.
